In this program, you will complete the state required 375 hours of Nail Technician training.

We will train you on Nail Technology Theory and Practical knowledge- We will go above and beyond the state requirements.. No prior nail knowledge is required, however can be helpful. I will teach you anything and everything you need and want to know! My skills and experience ( related to nails, social media, marketing, taxes etc.) are at your full disposal

Where and when?

Training will be held at my studio in Bluffdale, Utah (Rad Nail Bar) 2-3 times per week depending on the schedule we decide upon. Days are available Monday-Friday. General hours are 8am-7pm each day. There will be an additional required 5 hours of homework each week. This program will take between 13-15 weeks to complete ( about 3 -4 months.)

Hi, I’m Bailey Jo – the hands behind the art at Rad Nail Bar.

With a background in art, figure painting, and portraiture, I’ve always had a deep love for color, detail, and creative expression. What started as a creative outlet quickly turned into a full-blown passion—and Rad Nail Bar was born out of my desire to blend fine art with meaningful connection.

I specialize in intricate, high-detail nail art that brings your personality to life right at your fingertips. But for me, it’s not just about pretty nails—I’m equally obsessed with nail anatomy, hand and foot health, and keeping your natural nails strong and thriving. I invest in continuous education to stay ahead of trends, techniques, and treatments, so I can confidently help with any nail-related concern you walk in with.

A clean, sanitary, and safe space is non-negotiable in my studio. I’ve created an environment where creativity meets care—where your nails look amazing and your health always comes first.

Along the way, I’ve discovered a true love for teaching and mentoring. Helping others build their skills, confidence, and careers in the nail industry has become one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

Your Apprenticeship Investment

Total Tuition Cost is $8,500. This includes a full kit (including an top of the line e-file and dust collector) worth over $1,800 of nail supplies I use and love. This is payable prior to starting your apprenticeship or payment plans can be arranged. Tuition must be paid in full by the end of the apprenticeship before paperwork is submitted to the state agencies. There will be a non -refundable deposit of $1,800 due at signing of contract. Students will receive 40% of the services they perform on clients-plus all tips.
