Policies
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours are charged 50 percent of the appointment total. Appointments canceled within 24 hours are charged the full appointment amount.
We understand life happens- just communicate.
No children in the studio as well as no extra guests- our suite is full of expensive equipment that can be damaged or can be unsafe around children. (nursing babies welcome)
Please be respectful to all people working in and around the salon. Any racist, inappropriate, or harmful comments or behavior is not tolerated and you will be asked to leave and will be charged for your appointment. Please treat others with kindness and respect.
