We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee of 100% of the service booked. This allows us to respect our artists’ time and accommodate other clients.

We recommend moisturizing your cuticles daily (with our in-house RAD Cuticle Oil), wearing gloves when cleaning, and avoiding excessive force on the nails. Avoid biting, picking or peeling off polish. scrubbing your nails each day with our after care kit will help keep your nails hydrated and clean. Use a nail file if you have any snags or need them shortened in between appointments.

Absolutely. Cleanliness and sanitation are top priorities. All tools are cleaned and disinfected, and single-use items (files, buffers, etc.) are disposed of after each client. Our team follows strict hygiene protocols at all times.
